Mozzarella Chicken with Bacon and Tomato

I hope you can trust your eye. I don’t use measuring devices on this one. You shouldn’t need them.

First finely chop cooked bacon and fresh tomatoes according to how many pieces of chicken you want to cover.

Season raw boneless chicken with season salt. (I like quite a bit)

Pan fry chicken in margarine or butter until cooked through.

Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese, bacon, and tomato then another sprinkling of mozzarella; enough to hold everything in place.

Cover pan and turn the burner to low. When the cheese is melted your done.
