There are six types of persons that block progress. Some are afraid of change unless it’s a sure thing and everyone else is on board. There are those who are so addicted to their misery and suffering that they really don’t want answers because they would then have nothing to complain about. There are others who try, fail, and give up. They believe no one has the answers because their answers didn’t work out. Some folks don’t agree with anything that doesn’t personally benefit them. Some people will just not admit they’re wrong. There’s a sixth type of person that just doesn’t care. I think Occupational Parenting is a sure thing and hopefully I can convince you of the same.
The American Government isn’t working as well as we need it to and the correct response will be unconventional. We’ve become complacent because the answers today don’t seem a hell of a lot different than the answers yesterday and they seem just as ineffective. Presently we have to admit that today’s answers are less effective because America’s financial situation just keeps getting worse. Other countries are beginning to acknowledge a financial importance to parenting. I want to be on board. Changing diapers, washing dishes and teaching our young is real work and it should have real pay. Our society accepts that it’s OK to pay anyone to raise your children except you. There is ‘NO’ job or position that even reflects the importance that Child-raring has in and on reality and out-comes. At least not for now. If a position came to effect Human reality more than raising Children, what the hell would it be and how would it be for Humans.

Could it be that one of the most influential nations in the world has something to learn from a country that is less renown. There’s still plenty of room for the United States and other world leaders to take an example and leave an even better one with the number of men who would take part in Occupational Parenting. It would cost approximately 3.5 trillion tax dollars at the maximum National consideration. It would cost less than a billion a year to start 16,025,641 of the very best Parents down the road to refinement and perfection by the time the other 134,000,000 other parents are eligible 10 or 20 years later, at a maximum 5,580,800,000,000. That’s 5.6 trillion tax dollars, if every Home in America had an “Occupational Parent. The beautiful thing about it is the 5.6 trillion dollars goes directly to “We the People”. It would turn our economy upside-down which would be right-side-up from where we are now.
Billionaires would actually be paying taxes in a more (Warren Buffet) reality. We’d barely even notice the 2.1 trillion dollar tax increase with EVERY-ONE paying taxes and the level of National automation, we’d achieve. Think of having to pay, only for materials in, ‘all road construction’ and Machines that handle phone conversation as if longing for pleasant, leisurely excursions from the topic, or straight business depending on Your accent, tone, time zone, gender, estimated level of education and breathing patterns. Android chefs, that cook every thing to Your taste, rather the 1st or hundredth time you’ve been to the restaurant. “Have it Your way at Chez Automé.” Their would be the minimal work-force out-side of “Occupational Parenting” with its focus on the spatial-functioning of Space Travel.
We have a consumption based economy and from what I understand it’s not sustainable because it depends on buying more tomorrow. We can’t always buy more tomorrow. That’s not even a sane assertion. We need something new. There’s just not a better place to put our money than future human progress. Everything that ensures that there will be a future human would be driving the economy. The tax increase would be absorbed mostly by the 540 billionaires that live in America. The middle class would have an increase according to their 🔗tax bracket and the lower class making $31,200 per year would have an increase. There would be no un-employment, and the cost of materials and services around the billionaires can be adjusted, so that they will have to experience ‘0’ lost in their buying power. Having to pay taxes with-out any life-style change is not asking much of the billionaires.
It’s money not given but earned in learning and teaching the best methods of child raring to turn out the best individual possible. “Occupational Parenting would be based first on “the LAW of Human Survivability and Dominion,” which states that “Raising an offspring to the healthiest state of independence is as important for the specie as the portency (the ins and outs) of food and water for the individual.” We’d be teaching our Children how to live off of the land, while also teaching them how to multi-task on multi-functional computers. Learning also the ways of life of our ancestor’s, Iron-Age, Bronze-Age, even back to Stone-Age Existences. The LAW states “healthiest state of independence, and the reason we have to move our foundations forward with us, is un-knowable future.” One Space-ship, with a crew of 2,000 crosses our path and they figure with their manufacturing knowledge of droids and their inclusive Technology Dysfunction Weapon, they can knock out everything that uses a signal. Even our brains signals at first. You know what, they could take the planet, with the Humans in total disarray and confusion about how to get through a day after a day with ‘no’ technology. We can still beat the small force with the primitive industry, spears, catapults, fire, blow guns, then modern howitzers, and bullets. Even Stone-Aged we can make it not worth the risk or effort. With no Alien attack, but just a future melt-down in Technology, what abilities will save us? Our off-spring would also be learning new Space-Age considerations in ‘Pysicskull’ (the waking Humans effect, by affect on the space and happenings around them) Space-craft support, and disciplines, as well as A.I. temperance and life-cell diminishment. We don’t need a living A.I. Unit, until we’re ready for a living A.I. Unit, and the work toward that evelopment would also be on the agenda.
Though there is not agreement on what the best individual is, and on what the heathiest state would be, it should be a given that individuals who will not destroy the the planet around them or blow themselves up with nuclear devices or oppress others based on their beliefs, are better better than those who would. That fact is that we’d evelop many different definitions and reason therefor; some better suited to this individual and other reasons and definition for that individual.
The competitive American landscape is the perfect ground for “Occupational Parenting.” It puts one parent back in the house for the sake of the Child and for the sake of the future. “Occupational Parenting” turns around the devastating economic decision to take both parents out of the house and into the work-force. With (OP) “Occupational Parenting” both parents are working and the Children are receiving an industry driven, economically backed not to mention loving upbringing. There is no down side to this. Unless our Country does something differently than what it has been, it will fail. I truly believe if America fails so will the world. That is, if no-other nation bases the growth of the economy on the growth of the human individual. Also, any nation attempting to do so have the grounds of many past, lights and sounds, that conclude, this is America’s Mission.
I don’t suggest that a person should get paid by the number of children they have. Welfare is a terrible example of Occupational Parenting. It influences senseless population growth with no focus on the individuals it’s turning out. “Occupational Parenting” would not pay individuals by the number of children they have but where they test out in their bracket of difficulty. Though the test would be administered by the government, the government would have no role in preparing Children for the test, unless requested. It will otherwise be totally up to the private sector. The tests would be devised by the government, professionals, and Parents. Parents would hire the firms or Homekeeping companies that they want to help them raise their Children or they could choose to raise their Child independently. “No-one,” has to participate in “Occupational Parenting.” Every-one however must pass the minimal test standard or they will be found in “Neglect”. The ‘Neglect’ is like having a Child that Ypou don’t teach, walking, speech, social-inter-action, or even how to turn a door-knob, never-mind go out-side. The tests a passed in the curve of the National Progression. Taking care of Your Child will be taking care of our Nation. “The 1st priority is to care for the Child, the care for Society is naturally to follow.”

While it is a Parent’s Right to teach their Child as they see fit, the result of such teaching is of Societal, therefore Governmental concern e.g. A parent teaching that murdering is appropriate and desirable. The solution? A representative of the “Occupational Parenting Profession Over-seers” must also teach the Government’s/the People’s approved teach as an alternative point of view. The Parent does teach e.g. “All niggers are ignorant and all Caucasians are extremely prejudiced.” The same teaching must be accompanied with e.g. “Some define every Individual of any ignorance is a nigger.” “African Americans are no more ignorant to the teaching than any other Ethnicity.” “Many Caucasians, though rooted in prejudice have found independence from the fused mind-set of superiority.” The Parent may insist the Government Agent or Authorized Teaching Representative, is full of shit speaking nothing but lies, and the Teacher can’t not dismiss the possibility, but the Child will always be exposed to Specielly Needed and Critical other thoughts and opinions. The Parent, by way of the Child or themselves, is obliged to inform the Teacher of their choice of thought processes and a curriculum syllabus. The Parents would have the final say in what they decide to teach their children and in what style. As long as the Parents teaching is in any way possible, by any perspective, the teacher can not instruct that the Parent is wrong. The 1st thing a Child learns is the LAW; in Physics, Doctrines, and Interactions, so often it’s just left to be picked up here and there, like balance and walking, and is seldom taught. If my, and other American Parents had taught us the Constitution, with “Thy shall not murder,” our Country would not be in the precarious position that it is now in. The Childs “Rights” as unfolded by the Parents, Teacher, and their legal age, will be the focus of 1st teachings. It’s not wrong, but maybe a little awkward to fit the Constitutions language to any that a Child may understand. What that Child is taught IS absolutely of the Government’s, Humanity’s, and the Environmental World’s interest.
Quinebaug and Harvard have to be able to get a better result than the Parent raising the Child independently or they will not be able to stay in the business of human evelopment/development. As long as the Child meets the ‘Minimal Paid Progress of Assessments’ the “Occupational Parent” will be paid. The paid standard of the tests are higher than the “Over-all Minimum Standard.” If Parents can not meet “Over-all Minimum Standard of Child-hood needs, they will as mentioned earlier, be charged with “Neglect,” and aided scale to available income. The child will be placed in a foster home or be adopted, always, always, always, as the very, very, very last, voted upon, resort. If there is any desire from the Parent or Child to keep a custodial relation-ship. The Government will attempt to persuade and salvage the Home’s integrity, with the Child’s desire being the one of legal bearing. The Governments position is always keep together that which there is any potential to stay together sovereignly or by persistent aide. Such a position more greatly secures a Parenting Economy. After all resources to probable rectification are exhausted, the Government will separate the Home. Even in such a case as separation, the Government will in their own Professional and other Professional guidance attempt to govern the most civil, Loving, and Continuum reinforcing Family separation. The health of the Human relation-ship is the health of Continuum, Planet, and will be soon associated with our Space-crafts and the flight ability in Space.
Bare in mind the assessments/tests will determine, Material, Mental, Emotional, Physical, Psychological, Sociological, Spiritual and Cognitive or the {C-PEMS} (C-PPEMMSS) health. If someone abuses their child in any way they will be at last be fired. These standards, by this day should, in no way, seem too harsh. It is not their fault, but instead it is a National/World Fault. The content of this wind, was never encouraged, instilled, discovered, or realized. The content is ‘Reasonable Hope,’ Predictable Change, the transcendence of self-fulfillment in the fulfillment of another Individual {the offspring}, and monetary ease to Parenting ability. More and more “Parental Rights,” are acquiesced as our Society advances. How fucking stupid does that sound? Humans are advancing the more and more Families fall apart. Seems like half of my Generation, which is ‘X’ gave up their Children to their Parents. These more recent Generations are, giving-(up)(in)(out) because of the ever increasing number of negatives, compared to the systematically decreasing positives does not entail any negative criticism from my part to ‘Generation Y’ . Yet still, I am at a tragic loss of intimacy, emotional comfort, functionality, and station in my relation-ship to my off-spring. Where for the sake of success we ask that billionaires and the independently wealthy be able to keep their same exact life-styles in the redistribution of wealth. Shit, thinking as a Globe we should be able to ensure that even their ‘spending power,’ stay the same.

When we read “compulsory process,” in the Amendment, compulsory modifies and is modified by every legal requirement before the term, with itself being another legal requirement, which is (Oh hell, I guess we can say) The real Life, real treatment of a real American, real Veteran and real Father.

I an economist presents “Occupational Parenting” as un-realistic and impossible, simply ask them, what is the solution to putting the product ahead of the Human, then? Parents can start to make real money with their increases for where their children test out in their bracket of difficulty and how much they’ve developed themselves as a parent. The incentive is to have fewer children and raise them as best you can. Most industrialized children would not be able to survive without technology. There could be one year tribal and pre-industrial tours where families would earn significant pay increases. Young adults would all have the knowledge to live off of the land and program computers, as wholly independent individuals. We are in the Space Age and if we need to increase the population to settle the Moon or Mars we simply increase the menial per child pay. This is not welfare and we don’t need to make a growing population problem worse. If we allowed this to happen most Americans would remain uneffected, Unless they’re one of the few thousand of the best prospects, to be hired.
There is the concern about equal access to quality in raising children. The Government would be responsible making sure “Johnny with a single Dad making $40,000 a year” gets as good a quality upbringing as “Johnny with a parents that make $600,000,000 dollars a year.” It will make sure they have access to the same information, processes, even if the must have donated {one of them there contraptions} technology, from someone eagerly trying to put one in use.

Today’s life style has put more separation between parents and their children than ever before. Institutionalization is taking a new domain, our children. It’s daycare, school, and the institutions that offer extra curricular activities. While these things are good with parental involvement they become sinister without it. Parents are being taken out of the lives of their children. If someone were to ask “how can the family structure of a nation be weakened?” it would look exactly like what we’re doing now. The home is the first thing that needs to be secured when securing the Homeland. This is about true Social Security. I suggest that we acknowledge what science, technology, psychology, and sociology can do and what they will be able to do in the future. I found a video featuring mind and bodily control technology. What’s next? This technology has what it takes to control someone’s hand when slapping an individual in the face or when pulling the trigger of a pistol. It can all be done from a computer keyboard, some algae, and a laser. There’s also technology that the average consumer doesn’t know about for, at least decades , that is built Centuries into the future. The question with whatever the advancement of technology throws at us is, “should the parents be more involved with their children or less involved”? I opt for more. I worry about the children 100 years from now or even 50 years. Will they be little childbots.

I want to be able to talk to my daughter and grandchildren about the way it used to be and what it could become, about what’s good for the future of her family and the future of humanity. The less separation between children and parents the better. I’m the last one to stand in the way of progress but we need everyone present and informed.
We exist in the information age, atomic age, computer age, and space age. There may be other ages that I’ve not even mention all coming to fruition at the same time. With the dawn of subatomic manipulation, genetic codes, and everything known in psychology and sociology we have to be more aware of ourselves and our impact on existence as we know it. In this time we should focus on the quality of every individual person. I envision a day that Albert Einstein would marvel at, a day when love and every other emotion can be calculated. Imagine genetic mapping that’s applied to reading the deficits and equities of each child born and how those traits are impacted by social and scientific measure. Paid parenting would mean more education for the very best purpose, Child raring. It would mean more room for the place automation is taking and it would mean zero unemployment. Businesses could build entire firms dedicated to knowing and acting on what’s best for every individual child and the adult they will become. Parenting probably shouldn’t be the highest paid position but it should have it’s place as the most important occupation that the human is responsible for. If the offspring aren’t raised to a healthy state of independence the specie will die. We are becoming totally dependent on technology and the future of that technology. What if something unforeseeable goes wrong. Some say, “What do I care? I’ll be dead.” We must care about those who come after us. HomeKeeperU also encourages a 20 hour work week for the other parent so they will be present during the child’s upbringing. The parents could alternate Occupational Parenting, like, every four years or two years. For the sake of the economy a parent would be paid until the child is 20 years old or until they have their own child, if still living at home.
Occupational Parenting supports as I mentioned product caps and at some billion to trillion dollar interval profit caps are for the same reason their are salary caps on politicians and athletes. It ensures that capitalism will endure and keep the economic structure from threatening the government structure. It also encourages a manufacturing tier to the economy so that the wealthy will not have to change their lifestyles.
Money is wrapped to the well-being of our existence. Even if you build your own house from logs and hunt your own meat you’ll probably purchase tools and a rifle or crossbow. For the industrial human money resides at the essence of our existence. To base the economy on parenting is merely the first step. Basing an economy on gold, is pretty close to rock worship. Oil will run out. Oranges are renewable but are they really more important than our offspring. A consumption based economy depends on spending more tomorrow. How much are we really going to have to buy tomorrow and at what point will those who can not purchase fall off the edge of industrial existence?
The first tax paid should go to quality parenting. The payment would then circulate back to the economy in the form of buying things as big as houses and as small as paper clips. Only one parent would get paid for the quality of parenting while the other would build machines that build cars, manage a company, or reconstruct houses, etc. The “American Experiment” could be a real success story. I haven’t given up. I’m not sure how the rest of the world would respond to this change or how it would effect international economics, If any one does know, feel free to comment. Maybe a state inside the United State’s economy would reflect the United States in a global economy. America is no stranger to the leadership role and now is not the time to stop capitalizing on a good thing. Over 200 years ago America had to go big because there was no going home, We are the Homeland now and I believe there’s a reason for that. I think the symbols and writings are there to guide and keep our Nation in times when we may forget it’s purpose. We have the opportunity to take what some call the worlds greatest problem “GREED” and put it to work for us instead of against us. In recognition of how important Children are to, our continuity there should be a 28th Amendment. It should be the first electronic Amendment so that it may be implemented in its entirety with links. The Parent(s), shall, not be required to, but may receive payment thereto aforementioned responsibilities and duties, at the grant of The People of the United States of America. The Parent(s) may, but, need not, have benefit of the those Experts in Assistance Enterprises, such as Homekeeping Companies, in the provisions of the aforesaid responsibilities and duties to their Child/Children and their Society. They may or not collaborate in obtaining such assistance with persons having shared interest, in the health and evelopment of their Child/Children and other Children. So shall it be, unless, the Child/Children is/are proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, to be in a state of neglect. Neglect may be found in any of the States or capacities of Cognitive, Mental, Emotional, Social, Psychological, Spiritual, Material, or Physical well-being. If the Child is found to be in such a state as neglect, the appropriate motion to assist and, if after every reasonable, thinkable attempt has been made the Parent(s) be un-willing to receive assistance, separate the Parent(s) and Child/Children shall be made. The motion shall be contingent on the greater fractional part of all Capacities together. With the agreement of, no less than 5/8 of the Experts, one to each state/capacity, and the argument of the appropriate Court, the Child may be remove from the Parent(s). Or by the agreement of the same Experts, and Court, the Parent(s) and Child/Children shall have Court mandated assistance. Once removed the Parent(‘s’) involvement with their Child/Children, in the States or Capacities still un-sited, shall in no way be vacated and shall remain with payment thereto. When the Child/Children is/are brought to a State deemed, by the 7/8 of the experts and Court involved, to be, ‘not in neglect’, the Parent(s) may have custody restored. They must be with assistance in the previously cited States until the 7 experts and aforementioned Court shall deem them Worthy to maintain the minimal criteria for all States. Then they may be without assistance. A Citizen cited twice for material neglect may be compelled to, with the more rigorous investigation and the pleasing of the population, “Medical and Popular Inconceivability” and bear forth no more Children. Occupational Parenting payments are Constitutionally endowed as necessity to a shared Nation and the evelopment of its Citizens.

An Individual’s outlook on another Individual and the other’s outlook back to and of the 1st Individual. 4. The Individual’s outlook on (a) group(s) as separate of, and or, part of society and the group(‘s’) outlook on such an Individual as separate of, and or, part of society. Sociology 5. Individual(‘s’) or group(‘s’) outlooks on (an)other Individual(‘s’) or group(‘s’) outlook(s) as separate, and or, part of society.
This Amendment should be known to be electronic and enforceable with all of its links when finished. This is a small portion of what will be published. It will be the most lengthy Amendment ever considered because it deals with, how much involvement the Government or “We the other People” has in every individuals Home. I humbly ask that any American critique these beginnings of an Amendment that our Fore-Fathers and Fore-Mothers could not in there time address. So, it has come to be, in my opinion, our last time, that they must be addressed; “Children’s Rights” and the Economy.
